1. No returns or refunds on purchases unless due to the following:
Shipping Damage

Manufacturing Defect found before usage
To benefit our customers, we will not charge any additional fee or shipping charge for the replacement product due to the above stated reasons. See item 3 also.

Note: Contact us within 14 working days after receiving the shipment to report any problems or defect in the product/service you purchased from us.

2. We cannot accept returns due to the following:
Damage after usage or

Damage due to incorrect usage
Any other reason other than the above stated in 1
For these reasons please send the product to warranty service center (if applicable) mentioned in the warranty card

3. Shipping Charges

For any refunds if applicable, shipping charges are not refundable unless due to the reasons stated in item 1 or if the shipping was free during sale

But shipping charges for product return from the customer to us for any reason will not be refunded

4. Returns of unused units/items
If any unit/item is returned unused with original packaging for reasons other than stated in #1 or #2 mentioned above, there will be 30% restocking fee and must be within 20 days of unit purchase

5. Return of DVDs
Any opened DVD cannot be returned, unless it has manufacturing or shipping damage, and is returned within 15 days. In that case, we will not charge shipping for  the second  delivery,  but the shipping charge for the return cannot be refunded.

6. Return of Corals or  Jewelry
Coral strands or any jewelry purchased from hotdishes cannot be returned unless there  is shipping damage. 
Please note the corals are natural products from the sea and will have slight variations in size and shape and color. A 4mm coral bead may be exactly 4mm or 3.8 mm or 4.2mm depending on the source of the corals itself and the batch where it arrives from. This is  normal with all coral suppliers. But the corals strands are uniform to the normal eye.

7. Return of PVG Excel wet Grinder
We would accept the PVG grinder under the conditions described on line (1), For to claim the manufacturer's warranty you should retain the outer carton. Mail us if you have any questions about how the machine works

Examine boxes for any damage. If there are any damages in the box and you suspect damage of the product, you have to refuse the delivery (Do not sign the POD). If the amage is minimal and the unit seems ok, make sure the carrier writes the condition of box on the POD before you sign.

Be aware that open box damage claim (Concealed damage claim) will not be accepted if box is damaged. Please read the FAQ What if the product I receive is damaged or defective?

2. If the package is opened and you find a damage please report the condition to Hotdishes team immediately with your proof of pictures within 5 business days for us to process your claim

3. Wood products such as massage table are very heavy pieces, Hotdishes delivers massage tables to the door - And we are responsible for door delivery only - The product weighs around 300 kgs - and the customer is responsible to open the box and assemble the unit.

4. Wooden products like Ayurveda Massage table massage table and Wooden Dhara pot are all hand made, the grains of the wood may vary as its natural wood and small minor cracks may appear on the table due to different climatic conditions and normal wear and tear.

5. All our wooden products like Ayurvedic massage tables and wooden Ayurveda Equipments are hand made custom made in india after the order is being placed so a lead time - 3 to 12 weeks to make the product and another 5 weeks for transit is required.

6. Hotdishes is not responsible for any customs or any import delays that is caused when an Wooden Ayurvedic Equipment is being imported into the USA.

7. Hotdishes cannot allow any returns after the product is being used. It negates our return policy

8. Any product that does not fit your description should be notified to Hotdishes team with 5 business days of delivery with your formal letter of description with proof of pictures, Hotdishes team will notify of how to proceed on this issue.

9. For all shippping Damages on Ayurvedic Massage tables and wooden Dhara pots and Ayurvedic Massage Equipments the claims go through our shipping company which is not linked with Hotdishes - The shipping company has their procedures and policies which needs to be followed in which case for all international shipments the shipping company policies and procedures of claim come into place.
